City Version: Hong Kong As a driver myself, i created yongTraffic for my daily use. I am releasing it free for all drivers. It is frustrating to drive into morning and evening traffic jam. yongTraffic is the simple solution. yongTraffic serves its purpose if it can help you detour and avoid drudgery jam, unexpected roadblock etc. It delivers a smooth and enjoyable drive. Benefits: 1. Help you avoid traffic jam with real-time traffic map. 2. Alert you of roadblock, police etc. 3. 1 button to report events on the move. Direction: For safety reason, please use holder/stand for your iphone or ipad. How it works? 1. As I am driving along the highway. I notice cars starting to jam up not far ahead. I quickly glance at my yongTraffic and access the current traffic situation. I can see where the heavy traffic start and end. In split seconds, I quickly detour at the nearest exist. Drive a few hundred meters more and return back to the highway right after the jam. It saves my day. 2. Another time, before I turn into my usual route to work, i have a quick check on yongTraffic. It shows some heavy traffic on the highway. Quickly, I change to an alternative route and do a another check on the traffic. It shows jam on the second route. As such, I choose the third route with another highway. I reach my office using a longer route but in the shortest time, avoiding all the frustration of traffic jam. I am so happy with yongTraffic. :) It is a 100% free service that provides useful real-time traffic information from authoritative data source and other on-the-road drivers. Have a safe journey home!
